St. Mary's College has made the national news!
BBC Breakfast showed our Year 9 pupils who where the first school children in the UK to see the World War I battlefields brought to life using virtual reality headsets.
Military Historian Jeremy Banning talked our pupils through the experience and we were also joined by Simon Bendry, National Education Coordinator from the First World War Centenary Battlefield Tours Programme.
This exciting project is the brainchild of former St. Mary's pupil Gareth Abbott, who also featured in the item.
