Complaints Procedure

 
The complaints procedure for parents and prospective parents can be accessed via the link below and complies with regulations made under the Education Act 2002.
 
We have confidence in and pride ourselves on the quality of the teaching and pastoral care we provide to our pupils. However, if parents or prospective parents do have a complaint, they can expect it to be treated seriously and confidentially. Correspondence, statements and records will be kept confidential except in so far as is required of the school by the Education (Independents Schools Standards) (England) Regulations 2003; where disclosure is required in the course of the school’s inspection; or where any other legal obligation prevails.
 
There is a designated Governor who monitors each complaint and they are resolved within the agreed timescale set out in our policy.
