Outreach

As part of our mission to develop the whole person, our pupils – and in particular our Sixth Formers – are given many opportunities for service in the wider community.

Students are encouraged to get involved in outreach work in primary schools, care homes and also actively support a range of charities, including the Sisters of Charity, Asylum Link Merseyside, the Waterloo Foodbank and other local charities.

These experiences help our students move on from us as well-rounded individuals, with the confidence and the ability to face the challenges of the next important step in their lives.

They are rightly proud of their achievements, of the difference they have made, and there is no doubt that their dedicated commitment does much to enhance their own development and the overall ethos of the college.

At St. Mary’s, we show our faith by the way we live, love and learn.
