Sports Day 2023

Sports Day 2023 Banner

15 Jun 2023

The sun, smiles and competitive sides of our children came out for the occasion at this year’s sports day! All of the children took part in a sack race, egg and spoon race, running race and a hoop balancing race, which they all did so well in! We had a brilliant group of Year 5 pupils from the Preparatory school join us to help organize the races. They were great in encouraging the children and guiding them down the track. To complete the races of the day, we had a mum and dad egg and spoon race, which involved a mix of tactics with lots of smiles and laughter. We were delighted to have been so lucky with the weather and to have another fantastic sports day, thanks to our wonderful EYD team.

The children did so well in their races (parents too!) and we thank all those who joined us in supporting and encouraging the children. They finished the day with some well-deserved and very much enjoyed ice cream!
