Fees

Deposit & Registration

Early registration is recommended. Registrations will be considered in the order they are received. The offer of a place is subject to availability.  In order to guarantee your place the relevant forms must be completed and returned along with a £200.00 deposit which will be credited to your account against the final payment of any fees due.

If, for any reason, the parent/carer cancels their acceptance of a place or the child does not join the Nursery your deposit will be retained in lieu of cancellation.  Cancellation must be given in writing with at least one-months’ notice.  If less than one months’ notice is received, a full month’s fees will be due and any Local Authority funding due will be retained.

Payment of Fees

All fees are payable monthly and a monthly invoice will be sent by email. Your account balance and copy invoices can be obtained via the ParentZone app.

Fees are not implemented for any days we are closed (i.e. Bank Holidays, INSET Days, Christmas closure etc).

Notice Period

In the unlikely event that you would wish to withdraw your child from the Early Years Department, one month’s notice is required in writing.
