Celebrating 25 Years with Mrs Haigh

Celebrating 25 Years with Mrs Haigh Banner

15 Sep 2023

On Friday 8th September, we celebrated the wonderful Head of Early Years, Mrs Haigh, as she reached her 25 years’ service at St. Mary’s.

To mark the occasion, members of Bright Sparks and Early Years made Mrs Haigh feel appreciated with balloons on her desk, decorations around the nursery and a little celebration outside with all the staff and children. This involved gift giving and a reading of a lovely poem from Mrs Williamson. Mrs Haigh also got a surprise from members of the staff, spelling out her name on their backs.

The staff and children made it as special as can be for Mrs Haigh, to show their appreciation for how special Mrs Haigh has made everyone feel at the Nursery. We can’t thank Alice enough for her dedication, enthusiasm and efforts she has given in the 25 years she has been with us and continues to give us and the children at Bright Sparks & Early Years.
